What the CSV contains
One row per transaction, one header row, no merged cells or page furniture. Amounts are plain numbers with no currency symbols or thousands separators, so the file sorts and sums correctly the moment it opens.

Why convert bank statements to CSV here
Reconciled, not just extracted
Opening + credits − debits must equal closing, and every running balance must follow from the previous one. The result of each check is shown before you download the CSV.
Clean numbers
Amounts are written as plain decimals without currency symbols or thousands separators. Debits and credits sit in separate columns in the accounting profile, or in one signed Amount column in the standard profile.
Any bank, any country
The parser reads the structure of the page rather than a template per bank, and detects the date order, decimal separator and currency each statement uses.
Scanned statements included
Image-only PDFs are deskewed and read with OCR. Rows built from low-confidence words are flagged with a reason so you can check them against the original.
Import-ready profiles
Three column profiles (Standard, Accounting, Full), ISO dates and UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so Excel and Google Sheets open the file directly and the QuickBooks, Xero or Sage import wizard maps every column first time.
Deleted after 24 hours
Files are encrypted in transit and stored under random keys. Originals are deleted 24 hours after processing; exports and extracted transactions 7 days after conversion; Delete now removes everything immediately. Account numbers are stored masked.
