Reconciliation checks

Opening + credits − debits must equal closing, and every running balance must follow. Results are shown before download.

Scanned statements

Image-only pages are deskewed and read with OCR on every plan, including Free. Scanned statements are included on every plan; password-protected PDFs from Starter.

Review before download

The extracted table is shown next to the original page. Flagged rows carry a reason.

Deleted after 24 hours

Originals are deleted 24 hours after processing; exports and extracted transactions 7 days after conversion; Delete now removes everything immediately. Account numbers are stored masked.

Any bank, any country

The parser reads page structure rather than per-bank templates, so new layouts convert the same way.

Billing questions

What counts as a page?

One page of a PDF statement, whether text or scanned. A twelve-page statement uses twelve pages. Failed conversions are not counted.

Do unused pages roll over?

No. The pages included in a plan reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased page packs are different: they are used only after your plan pages run out, and the balance never expires. If you regularly run out, the next plan up is usually cheaper than buying extra pages.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, after which your account returns to the Free plan.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans are billed for ten months and cover twelve, so two months are free. Switch the toggle to Annual to see the price per month.

Do you offer volume or reseller pricing?

Yes, for more than 5,000 pages a month or for practices converting on behalf of many clients. Contact us and we will set up a plan.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. The Free plan needs only an email address. You add a payment method only when you choose a paid plan or buy a page pack.

What can the free plan do?

The free plan converts to CSV and Excel; QBO, OFX and JSON start on Starter. Scanned statements are included on every plan; password-protected PDFs from Starter. The per-file limits and page allowance are in the comparison table above; reconciliation, review and the Conversion Report are the same on every plan.

Do page packs expire?

No. A 100-page pack costs $9.00 and is a one-time purchase available on any plan, including Free. It is used only after your included pages for the period run out, and the balance never expires.

Where do I find invoices and change my payment method?

Open Manage billing on the billing page. The Stripe customer portal lists every invoice as a PDF and lets you update cards, switch plans or cancel.
